Welcome to Château Grand Marnier. We had the pleasure of visiting the iconic home of Grand Marnier in Bourg-Charente, France recently; exploring the distillery (and tasting the stores of the cellar) to learn about the history and method of creating fine Cognac. The 13th Century chateau makes a suitably grand setting for this jewel created by Louis Alexandre in 1880, but the real treasure lies in the underground "paradis" where the oldest Cognacs are rested. Watch for more about our Cognac region visit in a future issue of the magazine. Looking for a curated Canadian cocktail to add to your Canada Day long weekend plans? Named after the Vancouver street where he grew up, this take on a Caesar by @vancityreynolds is best described as what happens when a Caesar meets a dirty martini. Reynolds shared his recipe for The Crescent Cocktail with @waltercaesar for their new book Caesar Country. Where are you going on this gorgeous summer weekend? There's a new restaurant and bar at Hotel X Toronto, and it has the most epic views of the city along with a sophisticated menu of craft cocktails and Japanese-inspired bites. Read more at link in bio. This Sunday is the day to celebrate all the father figures in our lives. If you're looking for a special gifting suggestion, check out our list of gifts for all sorts of Dads. Click link in bio to read more. Have you checked out the latest guide from Canada's 100 Best Restaurants ( @canadasbest100 )? We have so many fantastic restaurants to choose from it's difficult to decide where to go next, but you should definitely get some of these selections on your list. You can read more at the link in bio. Looking for somewhere to soak in this gorgeous weather? @fstoronto has unveiled a new outdoor mural to mark the re-opening of al fresco dining at d|azur. The piece is called "Light and Shadows Against the Mediterranean Hues" and was created by Hamilton-based artist Florence Solis-Byun ( @florencesolis ).
