Royal Spring Flush by The St. Regis Toronto

We might be celebrating the start of summer at home, but we can do it in style with this fresh cocktail created by bartender Monica Carbonell for The St. Regis Toronto. Made with new Royalmount Gin from Montreal, it’s a fresh twist on a classic gin and tonic. Enjoy!

1 ½ oz Royalmount Gin
¾ oz white cranberry juice
2 oz Fever Tree Premium Tonic
2 drops rose water
3 cucumber ribbons
Juniper berries

LINE a balloon glass with cucumber ribbons, add 2 drops of rose water and ice. LAYER the rest of the cocktail by adding the gin, white cranberry juice and top with tonic water. STIR to combine.
