Belfast Derby by Bushmills
You could use a classic martini glass to serve this citrus delight, but a coupe is so much more sophisticated.
2 oz Bushmills Original 10 Year Old Irish Whiskey
1 oz pink grapefruit juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz agave syrup
2 dashes bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for ten seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.
