The dedicated culinary team at Café Boulud have dreamed up a flavourful three-course menu prepared with care to enjoy from the comfort of your home. Priced at $80 per person, indulge in Veal Cheek à la Bourguignonne or a Whole Rôtisserie Duck before choosing from a variety of delicious desserts including a box of handmade chocolates and a stunning selection of sommelier wine pairings. Wow that special someone and end the night on a sweet note with an impressive Macaron Tower made up of 50 chocolate and raspberry macarons for an additional $180.
Upon request, Café Boulud and d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud are also offering a Valentine’s Vegetarian and Vegan menu options including Butternut Squash Lasagne with Du Puy Lentils, Vegetable Byaldi, Roasted Pepper Coulis and a Funghi Trifolati featuring Winter Mushrooms with Truffle, Soft Polenta and Grilled Lemon Rapini. Valentine’s Family Affair (Dinner for Five)
For families to enjoy together, order expertly prepared cuisine courtesy of the Hotel’s Valentine’s Family Affair Menu. Available Friday, February 12 to Monday, February 15, begin the evening with Roasted Pear and Parsnip Soup before enjoying a Roasted Saddle of Lamb with Pine Nut and Feta Stuffing. For sides, families can enjoy Winter Truffle Pommes Puree, Braised Brown Butter Heirloom Carrots, Grilled Lemon Rapini and Lamb Jus. Available Friday, February 12 to Sunday, February 14, wake up and enjoy breakfast in bed by way of a takeaway Valentine’s offering courtesy of the dedicated culinary team. Opt for a sweet start and select the Mascarpone French Toast with Pecan and Orange Crust, Marshmallow and Crispy Bacon or a savoury selection such as the Smoked Meat Rosti with Poached Eggs, Truffle and Chive Hollandaise and Grilled Broccolini.
Afternoon Tea Together
Celebrate the season of love all weekend long with an exclusive Valentine’s Afternoon Tea. Available Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14 sip on a selection of teas accompanied by sweet and savoury Boulud bites and traditional accompaniments including house-made preserves. Add on a 10g tin of Kaviari Transmontanus Caviar ($70) to elevate the at-home occasion.
