Bacardi Fireplace Old-fashioned

- 2 parts Bacardi Ocho
- 1 white sugar cube
- 3 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Pour the Ocho into your favourite rocks glass. Add the sugar cube and angostura bitters before filling the glass with ice. Stir the cocktail to chill. Top with more ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary for extra flavour and flair.
Pro tip: Light the tip of the rosemary sprig on fire before serving (just make sure to extinguish the flame before enjoying!)
Grey Goose Holiday Mule

- 1.5 parts Grey Goose Vodka
- 4 parts ginger beer
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Juice of half of a lime
Fill a copper mug with ice to chill before mixing. Add juice from half a lime, freshly squeezed. Pour in the vodka, then mix in the ginger beer. Garnish with some cranberries, a lime wedge and a fresh sprig of mint. Simple as that!
Patrón Pomegranate Margarita

- 1.5 parts Patrón Silver
- .75 parts Fresh lime juice
- .50 parts Pomegranate juice
- .25 parts Agave nectar (or simple syrup)
Place a rocks glass in the refrigerator or freezer to chill. Cut one lime in half crosswise, then squeeze the two halves of lime into a cup and set aside. (Note: 1 lime will yield approximately 1 oz fresh lime juice – you will need .75 oz per cocktail.)
Measure and add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Remove the chilled glass from the refrigerator or freezer and add ice. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Garnish with a dehydrated (or fresh) lime wheel placed directly into the glass, and voilà!
