Stay at a luxury hotel and experience a week of contemporary art
AS ART COLLECTORS, curators and appreciators prepare to travel to Miami Beach next week for the world’s largest international contemporary art fair, Art Basel, luxury destination Bal Harbour has announced VIP access to events and exhibitions for its guests.
Located at the northern point of Miami Beach, Bal Harbour is home to four luxurious hotels: The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Quarzo Boutique Bal Harbour, Sea View Hotel and St. Regis Bal Harbour. Self-proclaimed “luxury capital” of Florida, Bal Harbour boasts fine dining and elegant designer boutiques, all while maintaining pristine white sand beaches with gorgeous views.
Between December 3-8, guests of these hotels will be granted complimentary access to art talks, fairs and exclusive collections through Unscripted Bal Harbour, the village’s public art program. Included among the fairs are PULSE Contemporary Art Fair, UNTITLED, ART, SCOPE and NADA. Guests can also view exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami (MOCA) and, most notably, the De la Cruz Private Collection in their Key Biscayne home.
Visitors are also invited to a private brunch, tour and talk of the “Elemental” exhibition at the Perez Art Museum Miami, as well as a breakfast at the iconic YoungArts Jewel Box with a private tour and conversation led by Deana Haggag, President and CEO of United States Artists.
All events are limited in space and passes are first come, first serve. Register here.
